Youer is a women's outdoor apparel brand based in Missoula, Montana, with all of its clothing made in the USA.

As Youer's only in-house designer, I worked on every step of the product: trend research, color, fabric sourcing, patterns, tech packs, fittings, and day-to-day communication with our factories and vendors.

Project: The Dirt Bag

The goal
Youer needed a big revenue month to keep cash flow healthy through the end of the year.

The idea
As a team, we came up with the Dirt Bag: a curated mystery bag filled with exclusive Youer product, plus beauty and lifestyle goods we wanted our customers to try.

My role
I designed the Dirt Bag branding and packaging, along with the Youer clothing that went inside. I also reached out to outside brands to bring in the beauty and lifestyle products, and worked with our marketing team on ideas for the launch.
